  • Run water faucets
  • Flush toilets
  • Run garbage disposal
  • Check all doors and windows
  • Check that major appliances such as the refrigerator, freezer, furnace, water heater, and air conditioner are working
  • Check for obvious signs of pest infestation, water damage, and mold
  • Check for mail, papers, and deliveries
  • Look for signs of criminal activity such as burglary, theft, trespassing, or damage to property
  • Rotate light timers as requested
  • Check grounds and exterior
  • Change furnace filters every 3 months (or sooner if needed)

  • Pre-arrival grocery set up

  • Alarm keyholder response
  • Recheck of property following burglary alarm activation
  • Recheck of property following severe weather in the area
  • Coordination of repairs, lawn service, snow removal and other services with third party providers selected and hired by client
  • Special requests as agreed upon between the client and PHW, LLC
